10.45 hours Inter Service Cadet Tug of War competition – heats
11.45 hours Band of HM Royal Marines, Plymouth and the Parade will form on the Promenade to the north of the Grand Pier
12.00 hours Band and Parade will march along the Promenade from the Grand Pier into the arena
12.15 hours Formal Opening and Flag Raising Ceremony.
12.55 hours Display by the Band of HM Royal Marines Plymouth.
13.30 hours Royal Marines, Unarmed Combat Display
13.45 hours The Marionettes
14.35 hours World War 1 Centenary – Stories of 6 local people who
served in the 1st World War
14:55 hours Field Gun Race
15.25 hours Interservice Cadet Tug of War
Final. The Mayor will present the trophy to the winning team
15.40 hours Royal Air Forces Association present ‘The Red Planks
Challenge’Cadet teams will be invited to ‘walk the plank’
